La Bamba Restaurant Removed

We have removed La Bamba restaurant, formerly of 8 Cumberland Street in Sheffield city centre, because it is now El Paso, which serves Italian and Mexican cuisine.


Moroccan Night at Otto's Restaurant

We're having a Moroccan night at Otto's restaurant!

7:30PM on Sunday 11th July 2010.

Sheffield Hosts Skills for Chefs Conference

Sheffield will soon be hosting the 13th annual Skills for Chefs Conference, which will take place on the 5th & 6th July at the Octagon Centre, The University of Sheffield.

This year's event boasts a stellar line up of Michelin Starred chefs and many of the chefs have been winners on the TV programme 'Great British Menu'.

The line up includes Giorgio Locatelli, Mark Hix, Atul Kochhar, Glynn Purnell, Theo Randall, Claude Bosi and many others.

The chefs will be rattling the pans in the conference kitchen and delegates will learn culinary tips in addition to finding out what motivates these highly respected chefs. Ivory Removed

We have removed the Ivory restaurant, formerly of 15 Regent Terrace, as it has now closed. In its place is Harrisons 1854, but we have no details of whether this new venue is a restaurant.


Wokmania Closed

We have removed Wokmania Chinese buffet, formerly of 137 West Street, from our database, as it has now closed down.




Zara's Restaurant Added

We have removed Maria's Italian restaurant, formerly of 216a Crookes, and replaced it with its successor, Zara's.
