Ex Sheffield Wednesday Star Relaunches New Look Pub & Grill

Sizzling Pubs is pleased to announce the arrival of the new look Park pub in Sheffield following an extensive two-week refurbishment, creating five new jobs for the local area.

Located on Wadsley Lane, the refurbished Park Sizzling Pub & Grill opened to guests on Wednesday 1st March when former Sheffield Wednesday striker, John Pearson, officially reopened the pub.

Following its relaunch, the team at The Park pub & grill, situated just a stone's throw away from Hillsborough stadium, are pledging to support Sheffield Wednesday's Community Programme. They will be raising funds for the organisation's three peaks challenge, with a variety of events and activities planned to drum up support.

The pub now sports a brand-new look and feel so guests can enjoy the Park's expansive menu in comfort, starting with a quality breakfast menu that offers unlimited tea and filter coffee for just £1. The pub will continue to sell its celebrated sizzling skillets with 21-day aged prime steaks, which can now be topped with one of six tasty steak toppers.

Speaking about the new Park Sizzling Pub and Grill, general manager, Natalie Briggs, comments: "Bringing the new look Sizzling Pub & Grill to Sheffield is really exciting for the whole team. At Sizzling Pub & Grill, we want to offer good value for all our guests and we're thrilled to be providing Sheffield with a new pub with great tasting food.

"The pub has been given a fantastic new look showcasing some great products, especially with its extensive menu which lets guests experience pub favourites from the UK and around the world.

"We're so happy that John was able to come down to reopen the pub for us and we're so excited to get to work and help Sheffield Wednesday's Community Programme. The work they do for Sheffield and its community is fantastic and we have plenty of great ideas on how we can support their efforts.

"We're also so thrilled to be able to give back to our loyal regulars, providing them with a fantastic pub where they can always enjoy a warm welcome and great atmosphere."

Following the refurbishment, the Park will continue to look to support the local community with a calendar of fundraising initiatives throughout the year.
