I recently ordered food from here and only live a 5 minute drive away but I waited 2 hours for my food.

I ordered on their own website and was told my food would be an hour. After an hour and 20 mins I rang them to ask how long it would be and they told me that it was with the driver after passing the phone twice to three different people.

After this phone call I waited another 30 mins when I called them again, at which point the phone was passed around again and I was told the driver was on their way.

It arrived 10 minutes later and the food was freezing cold and tasted vile. The poppadoms were soggy so we threw it away. I rang them back to complain and told them I'd leave a bad review so the manager come on the phone and said we're so busy I do apologise, if you order again it will be on us and we'll make sure your food arrives hot and fresh but also asked me how did I order. When I told them on their own website they told me oh no you should have ordered over the phone. Like that should make a difference.

Anyway the following week we tried to order food, which I was told would be on them, and they said oh sorry we can't do that we can knock 20% off. I said you're joking, 20% would only be £8 off. I'd rather pay full price and order somewhere else. So not only did they ruin my order but you can't believe a word they say.

I wouldn't order from there if I was you.

Massive let down. Meat of mixed grill was undercooked. Chips clearly reheats. X2 dishes ordered and frankly well below par.

Not had an issue before, but tonight I have unfinished food and a gastric upset. I'll not be using this restaurant again. I think the standards have dropped since the last time I ordered, which would've got 4 star. Order with caution.

Absolutely disgusted! I Have been a regular customer for this restaurant / takeaway for many, many years. I have had no problems, apart from once when we found a big particle of plastic in our meal. I know things can happen by mistake so I felt that this takeaway was worth another go.

I have had takeaways for a long time now and never had a problem since. But tonight I am disgusted with the customer service. In fact, not just disgusted, but mortified. I had an order for over £68.50 but the person who answered the phone put the phone down on me. Is this the way customer service goes now? I really don't think so! One very unhappy customer!

Fabulous food. Best onion bhajis ever eaten and best curry we've had in years. Will be back for sure!
