My husband is Vietnamese and tells me the food tastes very authentic and takes him back to when his mum cooked for him.
I personally love the sweet and sour pork (although it is a Chinese dish). The portions are huge and well worth popping that top button for. Staff are good and can help explain dishes if needed. And the price is unbelievably cheap, especially for the amount you get.
They could do with adding a few more desserts to the menu, if you still have space for more food that is.
Other than that it is perfect and we are regular visitors to Saigon68.

I went there last month for a birthday lunch and was very impressed by the amount and quality of the food at such reasonable prices. The service was good and for a "cafe" (as they describe themselves) this is an excellent venue.

We've been to this Vietnamese cafe/restaurant a few times and always had a great meal. There is quite a lengthy menu, but staff are happy to advise on dishes. There are plenty of vegetarian options and the portions are big so it works out really good value. After you can pop next door to the Cremorne pub, which has good beers on!
