KerbEdge was founded in 2014 after a trip to the burger joint in New York. Seeing the throng of hungry diners queuing for the best burgers in New York, hidden behind a velvet curtain in an upmarket Manhattan hotel, inspired our founder Adam to hit out on his own search for the perfect burger!

Along came Cyril, our lovingly restored 1979 Citroen HY Van, and we hit the streets! Along the way we ventured off to some amazing events such as Download Festival, T in the Park & Trinity Kitchen, and stayed local with weddings, birthdays & markets. Then came the opportunity to move indoors with our kitchen at the Head of Steam in Hull!

A year later and we're now stepping up our game again with our first stand-alone unit, and our own burger joint!
