We went to the Kashmiri Aroma for the first time last night and were very impressed. The restaurant itself is very nice and spacious. The staff were very attentive and friendly and we were not waiting long for our meal, despite it being a busy Friday evening.

The meal was of an excellent quality & the nicest Indian meal we have had for a very long time. We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again in the very near future!

We arrived without a booking on a busy Saturday night and were still accommodated and made welcome.

Very good menu and food was excellent. Not overly expensive.

Will definitely return.

Since moving back to Sheffield after two years absence, we've been using the good Sheffield curry restaurants Aagrah, Chamaan, Mangla. But we decided to try Kashmiri Aroma after being told it was up there with Aagrah for food quality.

The info wasn't wrong. From wafer thin crisp poppadoms with pickle tray (complementary), through great fish starters, superbly subtle yet sometimes fiery mains, excellent breads and good coffee (a rarity in Indian restaurants), we couldn't find fault.

Decor is most pleasant and if the prices are a little above your Indian takeaways the food is miles above it and worth the bit extra.
