We tried to book a table for 7:30PM but were told they only had 7PM or 8PM. It turned out that was because they had only one other table (of 6) for the night and they had bagged that slot.

Nonetheless, our food was rustic, basic and genuinely Polish. We knew what to expect and enjoyed the meal. It was also very cheap. The service was good.

It's a curious and fun experience, which I would recommend.
