My husband and I have been here a couple of times, and have enjoyed it every time.

It is small, but they can cater for couples and groups comfortably. The service is prompt and friendly and the food is amazing in both the range and flavour, all reasonably priced.

Five stars and deserving of every one of them.

Found this lovely little restaurant by chance after getting off the Supertram to go shopping in Hillsborough. Friendly staff and delicious food all made there and then. Next to bus station too, so very easy to visit.

Lots of choice and all served promptly with a smile.

Would advise anyone to give it a try... small enough to be intimate but large enough to cater for groups.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We went to try it with G groupon voucher a couple of months ago and really loved the food and service. Three of us are veggies and they did us proud. We are hoping to return this Saturday.

Highly recommended.

We went to La Vida Loca on 26th March 2011 and were very disappointed with the food taste and quality.

We struggled to get in our seats due to the tables being too close together. The house wine (red) was cheap and nasty (tasted vinegary).

The chicken fajitas were swimming in grease/oil and rather tasteless - the waiter asked how the meal was after we'd finished and we said it was greasy but he just replied it was fajitas!

The men's toilets only had a dirty towel on the radiator to dry hands and the lock on the toilet was broken.

After reading great reviews from this web site we decided to try it out. What a good find - extremely polite and prompt service without being too pushy. Good choice of Italian, Spanish and Mexican food at a reasonable price. The food we ordered was excellent, will definitely go back and recommend to others. Great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming.

PERFECT!!!!

Excellent food at great prices, this is a lovely little intimate restaurant with very friendly staff. La Vida Loca is great for romantic nights out or group parties.

Each time I visit La Vida Loca it gets better and better. The food is spot on and the service is excellent. It has a brilliant atmosphere. The food is presented in a really attractive way, and the plates and tableware are colourful and make the food even more attractive. 10/10 for this restaurant, it never fails to impress! You must try it.
