This is a small but comfortable restaurant. The food was the best I have had for a long time. The staff were helpful and very polite, without being overpowering. The service was excellent.

We are booking again for the weekend for another birthday party.

Little India at Gleadless Townend is one of the best and authentic eateries outside of Bradford. Very small but pleasant, attentive staff, always willing to accommodate dishes not printed on the menu. Very good portion sizes (I always have to have a doggy bag and there's enough for the next day). The quality and flavours are exceptional. So nice not to have to go into town or out of town to find a very good curry!!

The delivery service is great, you are told a time and so far it has been delivered at that time, piping hot and at reasonable prices.

Try the chicken tikka saag (not on the menu).
