Delicious Italian food, interesting menu, not just your run-of-the-mill pizzas. The food was fresh, delicious and service was friendly and welcoming. Lovely spicy garlic bread!

Visited Paulos on the recommendation of work colleagues. We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our seats.
There was plenty to choose from on the menu and a specials board. I had the king prawns wrapped in bacon to start and hubby had a funghi starter.
For main I had the steak in Acapulco sauce (highly recommended). Steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce was amazing. My hubby has a liking for calzone so that was his choice. We have never seen anything like it! It was jaw-droppingly wonderful, it was enormous and deliciously tasty.
Our friends chose a pasta dish and a steak Roma and both were highly delighted with the quality of the food and everything was piping hot. The boys had several Peroni beers and we had a couple of bottles of a very nice Pinot Blush which was on offer at £9.99 per bottle.
Overall opinion: the place is small and has a warm and friendly atmosphere, staff are polite and attentive, food is excellent and very good value for money. Shall be returning for my birthday in December!
