Friendly staff, mouth watering food. Just lacked customers but I wasn't put off. Me and my mum had a nice girly dinner.

I felt compelled to write a review after reading these comments.

If you waste food, you deserve to be charged for it. We are grown up for God's sake. Even children know better than this.

Secondly, I have been coming here for over a year with my friends ans family and have always enjoyed the food and have found the staff have been very polite and attentive.

I was totally disappointed with the service I received today. The food was not fresh and many of the dishes were empty, despite the restaurant being relatively empty.

The head waiter could learn a thing or two about manners... I think that should give people a clue about the service level.

Rating:

I have been to Kinaara on several occasions and have always found the food excellent and varied.

I usually go with my daughter and grand-children. The staff are very attentive to our needs, e.g. they have booster seats to put on the chairs so we can all eat round the table.

The only criticism I could have is that the desserts are a bit disappointing, not quality but choice. I have never been on a weekend so the choice might change then. I would recommend this restaurant to everybody.

I was banned from this restaurant today. Why? I challenged the fact that if you leave food they charge £2.

I have eaten at plenty of "all you can eat" buffets (mainly in the US) but this is a first where you are charged for not eating what you put on your plate.

The food I ate was OK but maybe I am biased towards eating at restaurants of higher standards.

Rating:

I was not expecting much from a buffet but was really impressed. Good quality, and range of food was excellent. Loved the beef oyster sauce.

Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Took my own alcohol - I did wish they sold the stuff.

Only reason it is not 5* is because it was too quiet. Needs more customers for atmosphere! Plus they need to sell beer.
