- Starter of lobster, saffron & tomato created by sous chef, Jake.
- Fish course of sea trout, almond & spinach prepared by chef de partie, Pav.
- Meat course of lamb, artichoke & peas by executive chef, Oli.
- Pre-dessert of pineapple, coconut & rum by sous chef, Kam (current champion).
- Dessert of rhubarb, ginger & custard by chef de partie, Gaz.
