We are very pleased to welcome back double bassist Chris Goodwin. Many will recognise Chris as a regular on the Sheffield jazz scene for a number of years, playing alongside pianist Ralph Salt. Having played mostly instrumental music from bebop to bossa nova, expect to hear driving, improvised up-tempo numbers and slow ballads with lush harmony. Chris excels in modern jazz interpretations of great compositions by the likes of Gershwin and Cole Porter... don't miss.
