Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey was in Sheffield recently filming a follow-up for his TV series. Gordon was in the city to check on relaunched Silversmiths restaurant on Arundel Street, which was featured as Runaway Girl in Kitchen Nightmares. The show is due to be shown later this year. During a break in filming, Gordon and his TV crew ventured up Ecclesall Road and had lunch at Nonna's.
Sheffield Restaurants In Good Food Guide 2009
Three Sheffield restaurants have been included in the Good Food Guide 2009. All three are owned by chef and restaurateur Richard Smith. The restaurants are the Cricket Inn gastro-pub at Totley, and Artisan and Catch at Crosspool.
